Steve Rowlinson

Stephen Rowlinson, pictured above, is a professor in Hong Kong University’s Department of Real Estate and Construction, Steve is an expert researcher in the field(s) of construction safety, BIM, and project procurement and delivery. Steve has authored more than 60 journal publications, 100 conference papers, and more than a dozen books on construction. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Steve will be serving as the PACE Fellow in 2014, and you will have a chance to meet and interact with him through his participation in the program and PACE events. While working with Penn State, he will also be offering an elective construction course on project management for international delivery, focused on Western countries and environments.
